The main venue space is based on the first floor and unfortunately due to the age of the building, there is no step free access to this space. There are 3 sets of stairs with two small landings and handrails on both sides of the staircase up to the main venue space. There is seating in parts of the main venue space and additional seating can be provided upon request. The Lubber Kitchen is fully accessible via a ramp which is DDA compliant. Although no performances will be taking place in the Lubber Kitchen as it is not large enough.
Our toilets are gender neutral and we have an ambulant disabled toilet in the main venue and Lubber Kitchen
We offer free tickets for carers attending with disabled customers - please provide a Nimbus access card where possible. We are more than happy to reserve a seat or a space for a wheelchair if you need it.
Lights during performances can be dangerous to those with epilepsy or a history of seizures.
If you have any additional access requirements or want to discuss your personal access needs more, email info@thelubberfiend.com and we’ll be happy to help and talk further about how we can support you.
